The incoming Trump Administration seems likely to continue focusing on taxes, trade and tariffs. This offers AMMA and its members an unprecedented opportunity to strengthen American industry and reduce reliance on foreign supply chains.

With the incoming Administration’s emphasis on pro-growth tax policies, tariffs and reshoring, our voice can help achieve our shared goals. We plan to continue advocating for policies that protect jobs, prioritize domestic production, and enhance national security.

Congress will be pivotal in shaping trade policies that impact our industry. We will continue to urge Congress to prioritize enforcement of existing trade legislation and strengthen Buy American provisions to keep our priorities front and center,

At the same time, media coverage of trade and supply chain issues provides a powerful platform to amplify our industry’s story. We will continue to look for opportunities to highlight your role in protecting public health and supporting the economy.

This is a time for bold action. By engaging with the Administration, Congress, and the media, we can secure trade protections and other incentives that promote growth while holding unfair global competitors accountable. Thank you for your continued participation in this critical work.
